Time spent living and travelling in India and across Asia deepened my understanding of presence, compassion, and self-awareness, and continues to influence the way I work today.

I hold a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology (MACP) and continue to expand my knowledge through ongoing professional development. My experience includes supporting individuals facing addiction, anxiety, stress, depression, life transitions, and personal growth.
